Free Consultation (60 Minutes) This is a one-hour, no-cost consultation designed to understand your experience. During this time, I listen carefully to what you’ve encountered—whether that’s through a phone call, Zoom meeting, written account, or in-person conversation. My approach is grounded in communication theory and focuses on how perception, environment, and personal experience shape what you’re going through. You will not be dismissed or rushed. The goal of this consultation is to take your experience seriously, explore possible explanations, and begin making sense of what you’ve encountered. At the end of the session, we will discuss whether further investigation or follow-up is appropriate and what the next steps may look like.

Booking Policies 1. Reservations and Payment All tours and consultations must be requested in advance through our website. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee availability. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot once availability is confirmed. We accept all major credit cards. A confirmation email with finalized details will be sent after your booking is approved. 2. Scheduling and Availability All services are offered on a limited, scheduled basis and are not guaranteed to be available at all times. Same-day and last-minute bookings cannot be guaranteed. We strongly recommend booking in advance to ensure availability. 3. Cancellations and Refunds You may cancel your reservation for a full refund up to 48 hours before your scheduled tour time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour start time are non-refundable. This policy allows us to properly manage scheduling and availability. 4. Weather Policy Tours operate rain or shine. Please dress appropriately for weather conditions. In cases of severe weather (such as thunderstorms, lightning, or extreme conditions), tours may be canceled for safety. If a cancellation occurs, you will be notified and offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. 5. Participant Requirements Participants should wear comfortable walking shoes and be prepared to be on their feet for the duration of the experience. While tours may be appropriate for a general audience, children must be accompanied by an adult. All participants are responsible for their own safety and are expected to follow all instructions provided during the tour. 6.
