Cancellation Policy
1. Reservations and Payment All tours must be booked in advance through our website. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. We accept all major credit cards. You will receive an email confirmation with all the tour details immediately after booking. 2. Cancellations and Refunds You may cancel your reservation for a full refund up to 48 hours before your scheduled tour time. No refunds or reschedules will be provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour start time. This is to ensure we can properly manage our tour capacity and staffing. 3. Weather Policy Our ghost walks run rain or shine! Please dress appropriately for the weather. However, in the event of severe weather (e.g., thunderstorms, heavy lightning, extreme temperatures), the tour may be canceled for your safety. In such cases, you will be notified at least two hours before the tour start time and will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule. 4. Participant Requirements All participants are required to wear sturdy, comfortable walking shoes. Please be prepared to be on your feet for the duration of the tour. While our tours are family-friendly, children must be accompanied by an adult. Participants are responsible for their own safety and must follow the instructions of the tour guide at all times. 5.
